INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICE PROCESS
PHASE I
Our process starts with your vision for your space(s). We approach this by giving you a questionnaire and asking for inspiration photos. Once we have this information, we schedule an in-person meeting to determine the next steps. This is where we will discuss the budget, timeline, goals, and style.
PHASE II
We're off to the races. We work diligently to build our trusted team—contractors, architects, engineers, and vendors. We start building your design direction and preparing for our first meeting: Concept Design. We focus on design style, budget, layout, revisions, and next steps.
PHASE III
After you approve the Concept Design, we move into Detail Design. This is where we have a chosen a team, fine-tune the budget, pull all the samples we can get ahold of, create mood boards, and create 3-D renderings, furinture space planning, and more. Once we get a thumbs up, we move on to procurement and execution. You are always part of the process and informed every step of the way, to the very end but we are adovcates on behalf of you. You let us handle the details.
PHASE IIII
This is the stage where all the planning and meetings come together to bring your space to life. Behind the scenes, we're preparing everything to ensure your project is ready to launch.
For renovation projects, we’re typically aligned with your contractor’s schedule at this point and are finalizing our detailed drawing set, placing orders, and coordinating logistics.
For furniture and styling installations, we’re organizing every detail to ensure a smooth and efficient install.
No matter your project type, we’re taking the lead and managing every step through to completion.
